Corporate finance advisory firm Cattaneo Corporate Finance Solutions has recruited Matthew Jones from KPMG.
Matthew Jones has joined Birmingham-based Cattaneo as a Corporate Finance Executive. He recently qualified as a Chartered Accountant with big four firm KPMG where he gained experience working with clients in the manufacturing, automotive and financial sectors.
Matt is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) and a graduate of the University of Birmingham where he gained a first class degree in Accountancy. He and is currently studying for the ICAEW diploma in Corporate Finance.
In his spare time Matt is a keen county squash player, playing in the Warwickshire league, and he is also a golfer.

Cattaneo Corporate Finance Solutions, which advises on both private and public company transactions with values up to £50 million, specialises in advising on acquisitions, disposals, fund raising, management buy outs and other private equity transactions. Recent 2018 transactions on which it advised include the cross border sale of Dartex to Trelleborg AB of Sweden and advice to the board of Prospects Group on the merger with Shaw Trust. With a strong pipeline of transactions in process the Cattaneo team is looking forward to further growth in its business.
