Cattaneo LLP advised Dreamfollower Productions PLC on a public offer of shares - July 2006

Dreamfollower Productions PLC was set up by Bollywood Star (Channel 4) award winning actress Rupak Mann as a fund raising vehicle to allow her and the Dreamfollower team to raise equity funding to make a film. In fact a film Rupak had written. The Directors were convinced that a range of shareholder benefits would make the offer attractive to the Asian community and wanted to give the general public the chance to own part of an Asian cross over movie.
The Dreamfollower board engaged Cattaneo LLP to advise on and project manage a public offering of shares to raise up to £1.6 million including the preparation of a public share offer document.
With Rupak Mann, Creative Director and founder of Dreamfollower Productions PLC are members of the advisory team Charles Cattaneo of Cattaneo LLP, Keith Spedding of Putsmans solicitors and Manny Sahota of Clement Keys Chartered Accountants.
The launch of the fund raising attracted a lot of media attention with coverage on TV, Radio and the written press.
